Piloting QR check-in at the desk

We’re testing a QR-based arrival flow at the concierge counter for next week’s Summit (doors at 7:30 a.m.), and I’m mapping staffing, signage, and a VIP lane to keep throughput under 90 seconds. If you’ve run this with a client host, did a dedicated help station with two spare devices cut bottlenecks, and how did you sync pre-arrival emails so guests queued in the right place?

Building on @brayden_hunt21’s lane colors, schedule a 7:15 a.m. SMS with each guest’s assigned lane and a big “Open QR” button, then place a pre-scan greeter about 20 ft before the counter to route VIPs and divert any two-fail scans straight to the help pair. If Wi-Fi hiccups, cache the list on those spares with an offline validator so you still hit the “under 90 seconds” target.
