Enhancing safety for adventure seekers

I’ve noticed how crucial it’s to keep up with safety protocols for outdoor activities, especially with the changing seasons. For instance, I recently attended a workshop on wilderness first aid, which was a real eye-opener. Has anyone else found specific training or resources that really improved your confidence in handling adventure-related safety?

I’ve found that taking a local CPR and first-aid course really boosts your confidence in emergency situations. It’s hands-on, and you get to practice skills that can be lifesaving in the outdoors. Have you thought about looking for any similar classes in your area?
